Pakistan coronavirus death toll is 761



Pakistan's coronavirus death toll has reached 761. Total number of confirmed virus cases is 35,298.

For Pakistan, it's possible that lifting the Coronavirus Covid-19 Lockdown may lead to "herd immunity." This is fear that the easing of restrictions will result in a steep rise in already surging COVID-19 cases.

Crowds of people were seen pouring into markets. They hardly bothered to follow precautions. Footage aired on local broadcasters on Thursday showed many markets, and shopping areas in the capital Islamabad, commercial capital Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and other cities, packed with shoppers.

      I'm glad that you like the contents of what has been written. Thanks for sharing your interesting link about getting tested for Covid-19.

      North Nazimabad - that is a suburb of, Karachi, Pakistan. That's where it says that the Coronavirus test is available.

      I have never had symptoms and I never got tested. As I imagine, sooner or later (when the vaccine is created) everybody would have to get vaccinated. Maybe, 100% of the population will be able to get tested for Covid-19, as well.

    Pakistan ends COVID-19 lockdown even as infections tick higher.

    Unfortunately, COVID-19 infections in Pakistan trended higher in recent days and were approaching 50,000, official data showed, with total deaths crossing 1,000. This happened as the government remained unsure over the consequences of its decision to end the nation's Coronavirus Covid-19 lockdown.

    Fearful of the economic and financial impact, and swayed by the acute hardship suffered by millions of poor families, Prime Minister Imran Khan has defended the lifting of the lockdown last week, saying the virus spread has been well below projections.

    However, education is certainly the only major sector that remains closed.

    The threat of the virus is not over.
