Denmark coronavirus death toll is 537
Denmark's coronavirus death toll has reached 537. Total number of confirmed virus cases is 10,911.
Denmark is encouraged by Germany to reopen the border with Germany. However, the population needs to be safe from Covid-19.
Some analysts say that it is now safe enough to let Germans in due to relatively low infection rates there.
Most agree that opening the border with Sweden, which has adopted a "more opened" approach to the pandemic, isn’t safe.
