CVS Health Stock has strong gains over the year

CVS Health's total revenue grew from $178 billion in 2016 to $195 billion in 2018 (of which $594 million was profit). This growth was largely led by its pharmacy services, which benefited from the growth in pharmacy network and specialty pharmacy volume.

CVS Health was previously CVS Corporation or CVS Caremark Corporation. In December 2017, CVS agreed to acquire Aetna for $69 billion. The acquisition was completed in November 2018.
