Destiny 2: coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X



Destiny 2 will be coming soon to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Bungie certainly confirmed that it will release Destiny 2 on PS5 and Xbox Series X.

A date or other details weren’t provided, yet. However, the developer said it would release more details soon.

Hundreds of titles are already in development for Xbox Series X. Stay tuned for more announcements throughout the summer and Xbox 20/20.

It’s sure possible the game will make use of Xbox Series X’s Smart Delivery feature which ensures that if you buy one version of a game, you’ll be able to play it both on Xbox One and Xbox Series X. Although, this is not known until Bungie provides more detailed information.

Xbox Series X and PS5 are both slated for release holiday 2020.

Bungie, Inc. is a succesfful American video game developer based in Bellevue, Washington. The company was established in May 1991.

Destiny 2 is also known as Destiny 2: New Light. This is a free-to-play online-only multiplayer first-person shooter video game developed by Bungie. It was released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6, 2017, certainly followed by a Microsoft Windows version the following month.

This interesting game became a free-to-play title on October 1, 2019, followed by the game's release on Google Stadia the following month. It will be available on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X platforms upon their respective releases in late 2020.

The game is the sequel to 2014's Destiny and its subsequent expansions. The game is really set in a mythic science fiction world.

The game features a multiplayer "shared-world" environment with interesting elements of role-playing games. Like the original gameplay, activities in Destiny 2 are divided among player versus environment (PvE) and player versus player (PvP) game types. In addition to normal story missions, PvE features 3-player "strikes" and 6-player raids. An interesting free roam patrol mode is also available for each fantastic planet and features public events as well as new activities not featured in the original. These new activities have an emphasis on curious exploration of the planets and interactions with non-player characters (NPCs). The original Destiny only featured NPCs in social spaces. PvP features objective-based modes, as well as traditional fascinating deathmatch game modes.
